Money There is no site fee! Donations are greatly appreciated.

Marshal We have room to practice heavy weapons, rapier, archery, thrown weapons, and boffer. You just have to ensure that there is a marshal present.

Mug/Mead Site is wet!

Music/Minstrel If you’re musically inclined and would like to share your music/songs with us, please do so! Bardic circles are held each night around the campfire.

Materials Bring your A&S projects to work on or to display.

Merchants Merchants are welcomed. No merchant fee. If you would like to merchant, please contact Lady Tatiana of Varena

Marquee This is a camping event! Lots of trees and shade. Potable water. No showers on site. Firewood will be provided. Fire pits permitted in designated areas only, for safety reasons. Contact the autocrat if hotel information is needed.

Meals

There will be no planned feast. A list of local restaurants will be available.

UPDATE: Rifugio del Bacchus, a 1423 Italian Tavern, will be setting up shop and open for business. Included in the meager price of a meal, you can also enjoy lively entertainment of various sorts. Bring your coins and partake of the pleasant atmosphere of Rifugio del Bacchus.

From East, North and South - I35 to US Hwy 2 West to Deer River, MN. Go north on Hwy 6 from Deer River approximately 5 miles. Turn left on County Road 172.
From the West - US Hwy 2 East to Deer River, MN. North on Hwy 6 approx. 5 miles. Turn left on Co RD 172.
