Site opens at 8AM & closes at 10PM
Site is absolutely dry.
No smoking allowed in the building.
No candles allowed.
No pets.
Heavy Fighting will be outdoors (no indoor space available for heavy)
Light Fighting will be indoors.
A&S Display
There are no rules about documentation or theme (though extra "beans" will be awarded to any project related to either the 14th Century or Springtime). Two prizes will be awarded. The first will be a simple Populace Bean Count and the second (if there are any willing Laurel's in attendance) will be a "Laurel's Choice". Works in progress are just as welcome as completed projects. Space is available for performance pieces and kitchen time can be arranged for final preparation of "edible entries" - be aware that the site is BONE DRY site and no alcohol may be brought onto site in liquid form (if your dish was cooked with alcohol at home, that's okay. such as the Ale Braised Beef we'll be serving for Feast).
Merchants
There are currently 3 merchants confirmed and one awaiting confirmation. There is no merchant fee and
every merchant that confirms with the Merchant Coordinator prior to April 10th, will receive 1 free site fee.
